I walked 9981 steps today, hmm one should walk at least 10000 per day. 20 more should be possible to squeeze in.
will have to see what the gym in my old hometown offers for stuff. You see I am terrible stiff, like really really stiff and I need to get oiled up.
I need some yoga. The power one, use to do that. It was so much fun. Will have to see if they can have it. As I do not really believe I can manage the home video training. I need someone there, talking to me present.
But need it, i'm painfully stiff.
What else can I do, for the stifness, any ideas??
