Cereals all done!

I really think, that we all should think about what we eat. 
What we eat, when we eat, how we eat, where the food come from, what's inside the food, how  did it come to my plate, how much good or bad things is it in it. 

We should all question our self this. We have one life, and we should take care of us. 
We have one earth, and we should take care of it. 

As much as people are talking about meditations, and yoga to come to inner peace, I think that we should talk about what we put in us. 
You are what you eat. 

Making your own food, from scratch might take some more time, but not a lot. 
Might not taste as the thing in the store, but that's because often it's added strange chemicals to make it taste. 


My musli and mu bread is two things that I do. All from scratch. 
And yes, it's own made corn flakes inside the musli. 
Easy, fast and it taste as the shop thing.

  2. Ååh vad gott! ska jag testa imorgon redan tror jag! Var vegetarian under 8 år, idag äter jag lite kött men mest vegetariskt.
    Aldrig fel att få lite ny inspiration av nya maträtter!
