I got a email asking some more about my musli that I do.
If I could explain bit more how I do it.
So sure :)
Here it comes!
I mix oil, water and some honey, and spread it over some oat.
I let this roast in the over, in 200 C until they get brownish and crunchy. You can as well add some coco leaf when doing this.
They get very nice when being roasted in oven for a while.
When taken out, just add any kind of raisin, nuts and seeds. Cool down
Mix 1.5 cups of corn flour, 1 cup wheat flour, 2 tables spoon oil and water until it's like a dough.
Bake it thin, thin, as you see the little girl doing. Make sure you have flour underneath it, when you bake it, so it wont stick!
Bake it in the oven as well, on the same degree as above.
It takes about 10 min. After half the time, turn it around.
When cooled down, just break it into small pieces, and you have your corn flakes!
Mix it with the rest of the cereals, and you have your musli!
You can if you want to, add some honey as well in the dough for the corn flakes, but I prefer not to.
So there you have it!
Good luck, and enjoy!
